<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the back-flow of fuel gas from a fuel gas passage to a inactive gas passage. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell evaluation device (10) comprises a fuel gas passage (41) for supplying fuel gas to an anode (31) of a fuel cell (20), an inactive gas supply part (91) prepared in the fuel gas passage (41), an inactive gas passage (60a) for supplying inactive gas to the inactive gas supply part (91) and a control valve (71) which adjusts the flow rate of inactive gas flowing in the inactive gas passage (60a). Thus, the inactive gas supply part (91) is made under the fuel gas passage (41) and then fuel gas with small specific gravity hardly precipitates, and results in controlling a back flow from the fuel gas passage (41) to the inactive gas passage (60a). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
