PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a particulate capable of efficiently pulverizing an organic compound by optical crushing, a manufacturing device and a particulate. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device 1A is constituted by a treatment chamber 3 for storing a liquid 2 to be treated comprising liquid nitrogen 4, i.e., a solvent becoming a vapor phase at normal temperature and a liquid phase at low temperature and a material particle 5 of the organic compound existing in the liquid nitrogen 4; a heat insulation layer 30 provided on a periphery of the treatment chamber 3 and retaining the liquid nitrogen 4 in the liquid phase; a laser light source 10 for irradiating the liquid 2 to be treated with laser light; and a light path change device 11 for changing a light path of the laser light. Further, the material particle 5 is optically crushed by irradiating the liquid 2 to be treated in which the liquid nitrogen 4 is retained in the liquid phase with the laser light to manufacture the particulate of the organic compound.
