PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for enhancing the productivity of a polysulfone hollow fiber membrane enhanced in quality, low in strength and easy to stretch. SOLUTION: The polysulfone hollow fiber membrane of high quality can be manufactured with high productivity by setting conditions so that an inner diameter is 150-250μm, the thickness of a hollow fiber membrane is 10-50μm, a spinning speed is 40 m/min or above, the doubling number of hollow fiber membranes travelling through a spinning and washing process is 2-20, the interval between the adjacent hollow fibers is 4 mm or above and the stretching ratio of the hollow fiber membranes in a washing process is 0.1%/m or below.
