<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost retractable ball-point pen, the writing with which is performed under the condition by being assisted with pressurizing action. <P>SOLUTION: In the retractable ball-point pen, its writing tip part can be retracted and extended through the tip opening at the tip of a barrel, a push-button rod with a cam part following with the can groove of a cam tube and a rotor are axially shiftably and fittingly inserted in the cam tube and then a rear end-closed installing tube is provided at the axis center of the rotor from its front. Further, a projecting sealing part is provided on the front outer periphery of the installing tube under the condition that the sealing part is brought into close contact with the inner periphery of the barrel or with the inner periphery of a tubular body fixed into the barrel. Furthermore, a sealing body is fixed in the barrel under the condition that a suitable space is present at the front end of the installing tube so as to fit an ink housing tube under the state freely slidingly and closely contactingly piercing the axis center of the sealing body to the installing tube and, at the same time, to form a vent passage leading to the rear end opening of the ink housing tube between the ink housing tube and the inner surface of the installing tube, resulting in being so constituted as to compress the space when the push button rod is depressed and the rotor is anchored at its advanced position and to enable to pressurize the ink rear end of a ball-point pen refill. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
