PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent speaker module for which cost reduction is achieved by reducing the number of production processes. SOLUTION: A panel 30 and a part of the circuit board 33 of a speaker unit which are acoustically coupled are integrated to configure the speaker module, electronic components are mounted on this circuit board 33, and the circuit board is mounted on electronic equipment or an apparatus. With this configuration, a physical distribution process, a quality control process and an assembling process of these constituent components are reduced, thereby attaining cost reduction.
