PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact drive joint capable of transmitting large torque, and providing quiet driving by reducing transmission sound. SOLUTION: A deformed protruding part 32b provided on a second coupling member is loosely fit in an inner side of a deformed recessed part 31d provided on a first coupling member, and an elastic body made spacer 33 and buffer layer 34 provided by filling synthetic rubber are interposed in a gap between the first and second coupling members. It is composed so that vibration following transmission is absorbed by vibrations of the spacer 33 and the buffer layer 34, and in transmission of large torque, the recessed part 31d and the protruding part 32b are brought into direct contact by deformation of the buffer layer 34 to bear the large torque.
