PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly adhere the inclination adjusting part and the sensor holder each other, after pasting the re-imaging lens retainer and the inclination adjuster together in the focus detecting device of a camera. SOLUTION: This focus detecting device positions the first adhesive filling section formed in a re-imaging lens holder and the second adhesive filling section formed in the inclination adjuster, while keeping sufficient space so that the adhesive will not flow into the second filling section, when filling into the first filling section.
