摘要 <p>A process for producing a cloudy fruit wine characterized by involving (a) the pressing step of pressing a fruit,(b) the heating step of heating the pressed fruit juice, and (c) the fermentation step of fermenting the heated fruit juice; and a process for producing a cloudy fruit wine characterized by comprising further blending the cloudy fruit juice thus obtained with a fruit wine and/or a limpid fruit juice. According to the above production processes, it is possible to provide a cloudy fruit wine with a dry and sec flavor which has a large alcohol content and a high cloudiness. Moreover, it is also possible thereby to provide a variety cloudy fruit wines differing in cloudiness, alcohol content and sugar concentration.</p>
