<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a plurality of wires and the wiring at the stem of a steering wheel so that an excessive tensile force may not act at the time of steering. <P>SOLUTION: A first wire holder 57 to grasp in embracing a cable 26 for a speedometer in a loose fit condition is provided at one end on the side with a hinge 51 for opening and closing. A stem holder 58 to pinch the stem 15 of the steering wheel in the loose fit condition is provided at the other end on the side of engaging pieces 54 and 55.
