摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste using glass powder improved in electronic property such as an electro-mechanical coupling coefficient (Kp) of a piezoelectric ceramic electronic component and hardly deteriorated in electric property after reliability test for such as a moisture load resistance. SOLUTION: The paste used in electrode forming of the piezoelectric ceramic electronic component contains at least one kind of conductive powders selected from Ag, Pd and an Ag-Pd alloy; glass powder; and an organic vehicle. The glass powder has a composition expressed by formula: xB<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-ySiO<SB>2</SB>-zBi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>(in this case, the unit of x, y, z is mol%), wherein the proportion of composition (x, y, z) is in a range surrounded by points A (20, 0, 80), B (50, 0, 50) and C (20, 30, 50) in a ternary composition diagram.
