PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing method and system, and an information providing program, capable of providing constantly latest information and finding interesting search words. SOLUTION: The information providing method comprises a step of acquiring latest Web page information, a step of classifying the Web page information into categories, a step of extracting page words from the document information classified into categories, a step of collecting search words inputted by a user for keyword search, a step of totaling the frequency of search word use for every search word, a step of acquiring search words ranked higher in the frequency of use and classifying the higher ranked search words into a plurality of categories, a step of integrating the classified page words and search words to create and accumulate the integrated information, and a step of providing the integrated information as required from a client terminal to display for every category of the integrated information acquired by the client from an information providing server.
