PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-cylinder closed rotary compressor capable of reducing noise by attenuating pressure pulsation components of a refrigerant compressed in cylinders and capable of reducing the oil discharging amount to the outside of the compressor and securing the oil amount inside a closed container. SOLUTION: A first channel for guiding a refrigerant compressed in one of the cylinders from a discharging muffler of a lower frame directly to the upper side in the closed container through a communication passage and a second channel for discharging a refrigerant compressed in the other cylinder from a discharging muffler of an upper frame to the outside of the container through a bypass pipe provided outside the closed container once and then guiding the refrigerant to an upper space of electric elements in the closed container again are independently provided. Therefore, the pressure pulsation components of the refrigerants compressed in the respective cylinders are attenuated respectively in the independent channels, so that noise generated when the refrigerants join with each other and interfere with each other is prevented.
