PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basement structure with high quality, and to provide a method of constructing the basement which facilitates the construction of the basement with high quality. SOLUTION: The basement 10 structure is formed by setting a basement unit 20 on the bottom of an excavated hole.
