PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling control device for a condenser capable of independently performing controls of condenser pressure and condensed water temperature by independently controlling the gas phase part and liquid phase part of the condenser. SOLUTION: This cooling control device for the condenser 13 is a device for controlling the cooling operation of a cooler for cooling the condenser 13 for returning steam W2 to condensed water W1. The cooler includes a cooling fan 46 for cooling the gas phase part 70 of the condenser and cooling fans 47 and 48 for cooling the liquid phase part of the condenser. The cooling control device further comprises a pressure controller 62 for controlling the cooling operation of the cooling fan 46 to an optimum manner according to the pressure of the gas phase part, and a temperature controller 64 for controlling the cooling operation of the cooling fans 47 and 48 in an optimum manner according to the temperature of the liquid phase part.
