PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triple eccentric butterfly valve and a seat ring used in the same, having the durability to high temperature, being not broken under high pressure, surely keeping the airtightness to a valve element and free from the fluid leakage. SOLUTION: A fixed part fixed to a valve main body side and a flexible part kept into contact with an outer peripheral face of the valve element are integrally formed by using metal, the flexible part is constituted by a plate-shaped circular ring stood from an inner face biased to one end of the fixed part to an inner side, and the plate-shaped circular ring is radially deflected to form a circular recessed part recessed toward the other end side of the fixed part and extended in the circumferential direction. A tip end part of the flexible part constitutes a side wall of the recessed part, and the tip end part forms an inclined truncated conical face to be used as a seat ring.
