PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing body for an overhead opening/closing device, which is easily, positively, and stably connected by means of connection members. SOLUTION: The door body 1 traveling along guide rails 5 each having a vertical section 5a, a horizontal section 5b, and a round section 5c, is formed of a plurality of panel bodies 2 which are foldably connected together at both right and left ends by means of first connection members 3, and at intermediate portions by means of second connection members 4. The first and second connection members 3, 4 are arranged along inner side surfaces of the respective panel bodies 2. Specifically the first connection member 3 has fitting pieces 3e, 3j which are fitted into upper and lower cavities US, DS between the panel body 2 and upper and lower folded pieces 2d, 2e, respectively, a connection piece 3h, and a connection receptacle 3k connected to the connection piece 3h by means of a connection pin 11. The second connection member 4 has fitting pieces 4e, 4i which are fitted into the upper and lower cavities US, DS between the panel body 2 and the upper and lower folded pieces 2d, 2e, respectively, a connection piece 4g, and a connection receptacle 4j connected to the connection piece 4g by means of a connection pin 12.
