PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflation extrusion method and a device for the method, in which a resin material extruded by an inflation extrusion method is easily deformed into a flat oval shape and formation of wrinkle etc. after folding can be suppressed. SOLUTION: A resin material 2 extruded from one or a plurality of extruding devices is introduced into a die 1, then the resin material 2 is extruded from the die 1 by an inflation method to expand into a cylindrical shape having a predetermined diameter, and the resultant is passed through stabilizing boards 5a and 5b which are positioned at the opposite direction with each other at a predetermined angle and can deform the resin material 2 expanded to a cylindrical shape into a flat oval shape, whereby a film or a sheet having the desired width can be obtained.
