<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem of lack of convenience that a customer must spend time in acquiring a password of his or her credit card again and must go to a service center to receive the password acquired again or must receive it by mail when having forgotten the password. <P>SOLUTION: A credit card company which the customer designates for automatic account transfer is specified by utilizing credit card information transmitted to a bank system through a financial transaction terminal by the customer and information of account transfer which a banking system has. The password of the customer's credit card is transmitted to the financial transaction terminal through the banking system by utilizing credit card information transmitted from the banking system to the credit company and customer information which the credit card company has.
