PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear structure of vehicle body capable of fixing both a driver's seat and an assistant's seat to their most preferable positions, and freely moving both the driver's seat and the assistant's seat in the back and forth direction while fixing the assistant's seat that can freely rise or fall to the rear part of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A rear structure of vehicle body comprises a driver's seat 25 laid on a vehicle body slid back and forth, an assistant's seat 26 mounted on a rear part 120 of the vehicle body so as to be slid back and forth in cooperation with the driver's seat 25, and to rise or fall around the center of rotation of the extremity end of the assistant's seat. This structure is provided with a first engagement part 128 extending in the back and forth direction of the vehicle body at the rear end 120 of the vehicle body and then a second engagement part 132 engaged with the first engagement part 128 in a lower surface 141 of the assistant's seat 26.
