PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of partially reaming a shield tunnel, according to which an overhanging movable portion arranged on part of a segment after installation of the same can be positively and easily moved for reaming toward the natural ground. SOLUTION: According to the method, a partially reaming segment 1 consisting of a fixed segment 2 and a reaming segment 3 is assembled, and then the reaming segment 3 is protruded and moved while excavation of the natural ground is carried out by a high-pressure fluid ejection pipe 6 detachably arranged on a slide portion 3a of the reaming segment 3. At this time beam members 4 are extended in the vicinity of an opening of the fixed segment 2, and an interval between the beam members is vertically held by reaming segment supports 5a and inter-beam supports 5b, which leads to alleviation of load of earth and water pressure on the reaming segment 3, to thereby achieve smooth movement of the reaming segment 3.
