PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the occurrence of deficient moldings and to improve bead durability without impairing the advantage of a bead wind structure. SOLUTION: This tire for heavy load is constructed so that a ply turn-up part 6b of a carcass is provided with a winding part 11 connected to a main part 10 bent along a bead core 5 and having a height La ranging from 3 to 15 mm from the top face SU of the bead core and filling rubber 12 having a complex elastic modulus Ea* of 2 to 13 Mpa and having a substantially triangular section is disposed between the bead core top face SU and the winding part 11. The bead part 4 is provided with a bead reinforcement layer 15 covering the ply turn-up part 6b, and the radial height of an outer piece 15o thereof is set ranging from 20 mm to 40 mm.
