摘要 The invention relates to a device for determining and/or monitoring the volume and/or mass flow rate of a medium (3), flowing through a pipeline (2) in a direction of flow (S). Said device comprises at least two ultrasonic sensors (16, 17) which are attached to the outer wall of the pipeline (2) in a defined measuring position and which alternately transmit and receive ultrasonic measuring signals and a control/evaluation unit (22) which determines the volume and/or mass flow rate of said medium (3) in the pipeline (2), based on the difference in propagation time of the ultrasonic measuring signals in the direction of flow (S) and counter to the direction of flow (S). The aim of said invention is to ensure rapid attachment and removal of the ultrasonic flowmeter (1) to and from a pipeline (2). Said aim is achieved, whereby the at least two ultrasonic sensors (16, 17) are attached to a clamp-type clamping unit (4) which is embodied in such a way that said ultrasonic sensors (16, 17) can be mounted on the pipeline (2) by simply clamping on said sensors in the measuring position.
