PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton for housing a refillable rolled packaging material, which is used to reuse a once used conventional carton for housing the rolled packaging material, protects the packaging material well, and has a structure that is formed easily. SOLUTION: The carton is used to house the refillable rolled packaging material, and is formed to have a shape and size that allow the body of the carton can be housed tightly in a conventional carton for housing the rolled packaging material, which has a cutting means.
