PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child car seat swivelable between a traveling position and a installing position regardless of an inclined position, and inclinable at both of the traveling position and the installing position. SOLUTION: This child car seat is provided with a base 11 and a seat 12. A lock part 43 is provided at a top of a backrest of the seat 12, and a griping hook 21 is provided at a position corresponding to the base 11. At the traveling position, the seat 12 is inclined by rotation with the griping hook 21 of the base 11 locked with the lock part 43 of the seat 12 as a center. At the seating position, the seat 12 is substantially inclined by rotation with an axial line through the griping hook 21 of the base 11 as a center. When the seat 12 inclined at the seating position is swiveled to the traveling position, the griping hook 21 of the base 11 is locked with the lock part 43 of the base 12. Accordingly, regardless of inclination, the seat 12 is swiveled between the traveling position and the seating position, and the seat can be also inclined at any of the traveling position and the seating position.
