PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of effectively utilizing air from an air conditioner without making to a complex structure and efficiently and certainly warmth-retaining or cooling-retaining a drink in a cup. SOLUTION: The cup holder for a construction machinery is provided with a cup storage vessel 26 mounted to a position contacted with an air blowing out port 25 of an air conditioner duct 24; and a ventilation port 32 for leading warm air or cooled air from the air conditioner duct 24 into the cup storage vessel 26 and the cup storage vessel 26 is made rotatable. When the cup storage vessel 26 is rotated and arranged at a fan position where the ventilation port 32 is made coincident with the air blowing out port 25 of the air conditioner duct 24, the warm air or the cooled air can be led to the cup storage vessel 26 from the air blowing out port 25 of the air conditioner duct 24 through the ventilation port 32. When it is arranged at a shut off position where a wall surface other than the ventilation port 32 is made coincident with the air blowing out port 25, the warm air or the cooled air fed into the cup storage vessel 26 from the air blowing out port 25 of the air conditioner duct 24 can be shut off.
