PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module for power conversion by which the large capacity can be attained by realizing the improvement of heat dissipation performance in a semiconductor device as a switching element, and to also provide a power converter using the module for power conversion. SOLUTION: The module 10 for power conversion is composed of a module case structure 12 formed of a heat conductive material housing a plurality of SiC semiconductor devices 11. The upper/lower faces of each SiC semiconductor device 11 are brought into contact with the module case structure 12 via a heatsink 15 and a metal wiring board 16.
