<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell preventing excessive heating of an electronic component and enhancing reliability and to provide electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A power generating part and a control part 29 are installed in a housing of the fuel cell. The power generating part has an electromotive part 52 generating electric power by chemical reaction, a fuel tank 50 housing fuel, a fuel circulating passage circulating fuel between the electromotive part and the fuel tank, and a radiation part 70 cooling the fuel circulation passage. The control part has a heat generating electronic component 28a and controls operation of the power generating part.
