PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body with improved water repellency while maintaining appropriate flexibility. SOLUTION: The tubular body is for having gas flow through its flow passage inner part. A resin layer formed of silane-crosslinked polyolefin on the inner peripheral face of the flow passage has a density of 0.85-0.94 g/mm<SP>3</SP>.
