<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower an exhaust temperature and decrease a heat loss without enlarging a sterilizing and disinfecting washer whole body in the sterilizing and disinfecting washer while making water flow in coiled fin tubes by a circulating pump, heating the water by a burner, delivering the water as a high-temperature wash water, and discharging the exhaust of the burner upward from the coils. <P>SOLUTION: A first coil 27 composed of a long fin tube 26 is put in the bottom and a second coil 37 composed of a short fin tube 36 is put thereon to erectingly provide two upper/lower stages, the burner 21 is installed in the lower part in the central part of the first coil, a delivery side of the circulating pump 40 is connected to one end of the fin tube 26 for the first coil via a pressure regulating valve 42, a delivery nozzle is connected to the other end of the fin tube 26 for the first coil via a delivery hose, a spill stream conduit 49 of the pressure regulating valve 42 is connected to one end of the fin tube 36 for the second coil, and a water supply side of the circulating pump 40 is connected to the other end of the fin tube 36 for the second coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
