To provide a tube-coated belt suited for a heat-fixing apparatus oriented to the high-quality fixation of color images and the like, downsizing and high-speed operation; and an organopolysiloxane adhesive composition of high adhesion durability suited for the manufacture of the heat-fixing apparatus and the tube-coated belt. There is provided a tube-coated belt having a resin tube on a silicone-rubber elastic layer through an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is composed of a cured product of an organopolysiloxane adhesive composition containing a specific organopolysiloxane component.
