<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner which downscales height, has an air circulation route free of unreasonableness, and can imparts a uniform wind speed to exhausted air; and a clean capsule which makes itself downscaled by adopting the air cleaner. <P>SOLUTION: A chamber 3 is installed in the air cleaner. By the chamber 3, air supplied as a dynamic pressure by a fan section 2 arranged on the upstream side in the air circulation route is converted into air applying hydrostatic pressure uniformly to a filter section 4 arranged on the downstream side in the air circulation route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
