PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin water producing apparatus which can produce skin water having little influence on skin by removing chlorine contained in raw water, such as tap water. SOLUTION: The skin water producing apparatus has a container body 110 for storing the raw water, such as the tap water and well water, therein, an atomizer 120 for sealing the container body 110 and atomizing the raw water in the container body 110, and a cartridge member 130 for purifying the raw water in the container body 110 to the skin water. The cartridge member 130 has an ion exchange resin layer 231 and an activated carbon layer 132 therein, and the raw water in the container body is passed through the ion exchange resin layer 231 and the activated carbon layer 132 and then fed to the atomizer 120.
