PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wide accommodation space of a luggage box. SOLUTION: This battery arrangement configuration in a vehicle comprises a drive motor transmitting a power to a rear wheel WR, a battery 74 supplying electric power to a drive motor, and an accommodation box 100 accommodating a helmet and the like. The drive motor is arranged on the left side of a vehicle body relative to a vehicle body centerline O directing a forward and backward direction of the vehicle, and the battery 74 is arranged on the right side of the vehicle body relative to the vehicle centerline O and around the accommodation box 100. A driver controlling the drive of the drive motor is arranged around the accommodation box 100 and at a position opposed to the battery 74 via the accommodation box 100.
