PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure receiving member suitable for high altitude work and capable of performing satisfactory inspection of fixation load or re-tensioning work even if a shape of a received pressure dispersion face is curved and to provide a tension force inspection method and a re-tensioning method by use of the pressure receiving member. SOLUTION: This pressure receiving member 30 has pressure receiving plates 31 to 33 for receiving and dispersing tensile reaction force of a tension bar member 23 or the like for pulling a wire 4 from PC steel extended from an anchor 2 buried into the ground G to inspect fixation load or re-tension it. The pressure receiving plates 31 to 33 make the shape of an abutting face 31a positioned on a rear face side of the pressure receiving plate 31 curve along a shape of a side face 17a of a pile 17 which is the received pressure dispersion face.
