PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of preventing re-use. SOLUTION: The fastener 1 is provided with a first member 10 and a second member 20 made of a synthetic resin. The first member 10 is formed of a base part 11 to be fitted to a first fitting material 2, a projection part 16 projected from a surface of the base part 11, an engaging projection 13 having a flange part 14 provided in a tip of the projection part 16, and a hole 12 formed over from a back surface of the base part 11 to the inside the engaging projection 13 to form thickness of the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the projection part 16 thin. The second member 20 is formed of a base part 21 to be fitted to a second fitting material 3, a circular recess 22 opened in a surface of the base part 21, a through hole 23 opened in a back surface of the base part 21 and the top surface of the recess 22, and an engaging claw 24 annularly stood in a peripheral edge of the through hole 23 in the top surface of the recess 22. The engaging claw 24 is formed into a tapered shape, and an opening part 24a in a tip thereof is formed smaller than the outer diameter of the flange part 14 and larger than the outer diameter of the projection part 16.
