PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system in which a transmission and reception means for a high priority specific insider can surely interrupt a transmission and reception means for a low priority ordinary person under communication. SOLUTION: The wireless communication system comprises an outsider transmission and reception means 1 through which an outsider transmits/receives a voice to/from an outsider, an insider transmission and reception means 2 through which an insider transmits/receives a voice to/from an outsider, and a means 3 for controlling communication between the outsider transmission and reception means 1 and the insider transmission and reception means 2 wherein at least one transmission and reception means 21 for a specific insider comprises an interruption signal creating section. If an interruption signal is received when the communication control means 3 is permitting normal communication between a transmission and reception means 22 for a normal insider and the outsider transmission and reception means 1, a section 31 interrupts normal communication and permits specific communication between the transmission and reception means 21 for a specific insider and the outsider transmission and reception means 1.
