PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent-diffusing fan volatilizing a pest control agent more sufficiently and excellently than the conventional methods in which the pest control agent is volatilized by blowing air of a blower to a carrier holding the pest control agent. SOLUTION: This rotary fan type agent-diffusing fan comprises a circular blade part, which has many blades having openings of spaces remaining between the blades, and a drive mounting part, wherein the blade part holds the pest control agent and the drive mounting part is rotated by a motor. Preferably, the blades hold the pest control agent on the surfaces or the insides thereof and a bag or a container storing the pest control agent is set on the inner peripheral side or outer peripheral side of the blade part.
