<p>A high-frequency amplifier used for amplifying high-frequency signals in a TV tuner circuit or a satellite broadcast receiver. Emitter-grounded amplifiers (Q1, Q2) are d-c coupled in at least two stages to constitute an integrated circuit. An emitter resistor (R13) is connected between ground and the emitter of the emitter-grounded amplifier (Q2) of the latter stage, the emitter of the emitter-grounded amplifier (Q2) of the latter stage is connected through a bonding wire to an externally connecting terminal of the integrated circuit, and a filter circuit (11) is provided between this terminal and the external ground, the filter circuit (11) containing an inductance of the bonding wire so as to exhibit a small impedance for particular frequencies.</p> |
