PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device having components such as a toilet seat and a toilet lid in particular which have superior damage resistance to damage when being cleaned and used in the toilet device such as a heated toilet seat and a toilet seat unit with warm-water bidet functions. SOLUTION: At least, a member of component materials of exposed components of a hygienic washing device such as the toilet seat, the toilet lid and a case cover is formed of resin molding which is coated with unguent and mixed with hard filler such as silica. The hard filler exposed to the outside enhances the surface hardness so as to be hardly damaged. The unguent applied to the circumference of the hard filler lowers the friction resistance of the surface so as to, even if being rubbed with tissue paper, reduce the damage by rubbing.
