PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating body that is excellent in space factor and has sufficient strength for use in the rotor or stator of a high-speed rotating motor or the like. SOLUTION: A base material is obtained by applying a polymeric compound to magnetic sheet metal and then drying it, and stacking, heating, laminating, and integrating the thus obtained magnetic base materials. A manufacturing method for this magnetic base material comprising a punching and caulking step and a magnetic base material obtained with this manufacturing method are used.
