A vehicle sidelight control system is provided thatautomatically illuminates right or left sidelights inautomatic response to turning of a steering wheel ormotorcycle handlebar, or in response to a vehiclemovement that will operate a gravity-effective switch,such as the leaning of a motorcycle in a turn. In oneembodiment, the gravity-effective switch assembly furtherincorporates control logic and a wireless transmitter,making aftermarket installation a simple task. Thecontrol system is extensible to manual control and/orcooperation with signals that otherwise exist in thevehicle. The control system can be used to operatedecorative lights, or any auxiliary function that isdesired to be associated with turning of a vehicle,instead of or in addition to operating sidelights. |
