PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to transmit the driving power which does not depend on distance between pitches of gear teeth. SOLUTION: In a driving power transmitting mechanism 271 having a first gear 272a in which teeth are formed partially with the prescribed pitch and a second gear 273a engaged with this first gear 272a, and driving power is transmitted from the first gear 272a to the second gear 273a, the second gear 273a has a pressed part 273b abutted on a pressing part 272b provided at the first gear 272 immediately after engagement with the first gear 272a is released, after engagement with the first gear 272a is released, the second gear 273a is displaced with pitch being different from distance between pitches of teeth by pressing the pressed part 273b by the pressing part 272b by rotation of the first gear 272a.
