PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new therapeutic agent for treating human diseases. SOLUTION: A compound of a protein kinase inhibitor, a composition containing the compound and method of its use, more precisely, a compound of Aurora-2 protein kinase inhibitor, further precisely, a compound of formula IIIa or pharmaceutically permissible derivatives or prodrugs of the compound and a method for treating protein kinase-related diseases especially Aurora 2-related diseases (e.g. cancer), are provided.
