An apparatus for stitching internal organs is provided to facilitate a stitching operation by inserting the apparatus with an endoscope into a human body and performing the stitching operation repeatedly. An apparatus for stitching internal organs includes a body portion(100), a rotary portion(200), a gripper(300), and a link portion(400). The body portion(100) includes a coupling tube(110) which is formed in a pipe-like shape to have a size suitable to be inserted into a human body. The rotary portion(200) includes a rotary bar(210), rotatably coupled with the body portion(100), and a rotating member for rotating the rotary bar(210). The gripper(300) is configured to hold or release a needle for stitching. The link portion(400) couples the gripper(300) with the rotary portion(200) and operates the gripper(300).
