A navigation service system and a method using a mobile communication terminal number are provided to improve accuracy of route guiding by employing destination information according to a location of a mobile communication terminal. A controller controls the whole operation of a location information providing server(200). A database stores regional information. A user management unit receives and manages user information. A location information searching unit requests a location of a mobile communication terminal(50) to a home location register(150) or receives the location information from a mobile communication terminal. A destination list management unit provides a location list. A location information transfer unit receives destination information from the location information searching unit and transmits the received destination information and the position information of the mobile communication terminal to a route guiding server(400).
