A deployment device of an airbag for a passenger seat of a vehicle is provided to prevent secondary injury against broken pieces by absorbing and buffering impact in separating a deployment door from a crash pad in deploying the airbag, and to improve safety by restricting a tear line from being broken at head impact test. An airbag deployment device for a passenger seat is composed of a deployment door(11) having a tear part(11'') separating a deployment unit of an airbag(10) from a crash pad(2) and a reinforcing member(11'), a door plate(14) placed in a lower part of the deployment door to cover the airbag and to separate the deployment door in deploying the airbag, a door bracket(13) fixed in a lower part of the door plate to hold the door plate in deploying the airbag and fastened to the crash pad, a door chute(12) surrounding a side of the door plate in the crash pad and supporting the tear part, and an airbag module housing(15) fastened to the door chute by a screw to contain the airbag. |
