FIELD: testing engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing connected with the inlet and outlet branch pipes via flanges, diaphragm clamped in the outlet branch pipe between the flanges, cut for breaking the diaphragm, and cut actuator made of a spring hollow piston with a ball lock. The outer side of the cut actuator is provided with an arrester of axial stroke, which is made of a ring stop mounted inside the housing. The device has pad secured to the diaphragm, rod secured to the pad, pipe set inside the cut actuator and secured to the inlet branch pipe, locking device, which is mounted on the pipe and locks the pad against movements with the use of the rod, and two flat comb-pushers, which are mounted on the inner side of the cut actuator and co-operate with the locking device.
