PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by simplifying the structure of a terminal adaptor of an optical fiber cable. SOLUTION: A fixing screw 36 screwed with a branch dam trunk part 32 penetrates the end part of a slot 14 and the tip is abutted on a tension member 12. The tension member 12 penetrates the branch dam trunk part 32 and a holding plate 38 penetrates the part 32 and protrudes too and a metal fixture 40 is fixed on the protruding end 12a by a caulking. A tension operating to the optical fiber cable 10 operates as a force of pulling out the optical fiber cable 10 from the branch dam 30 and, on the other hand, the metal fixture 40 fixed on the protruding end 12a prevents the tension member 12 from being pulled into the branch dam trunk part 32 side in cooperation with the fixing screw 36. Thereby, the tension member 12 can accepts the tension operating the optical fiber cable 10 and the fracture of fiber ribbon 18 (optical fiber) due to tension can be prevented.
