PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking device providing a stable rocking operation and having a long service life. SOLUTION: This rocking device is provided with the stable rocking operation by stably rockably supporting a rocking plate 13 by a plurality of sets of projecting shafts 17a and 17b and approximately cone-shaped bearings 16a and 16b and prevented from spoiling its service life by smashing rocking drive means 8a and 8b or the like.
