PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-organic synthetic method with high temperature and high pressure water which can continuously synthesize a plurality of organic compounds, and an organic compound synthetic system.

SOLUTION: The multi-organic synthetic method for synthesizing at least three types of organic compounds from one raw material comprises converting lactic acid intoα-alanine, acrylic acid orβ-alanine in water in a subcritical state to a supercritical state or in a reaction medium in a high temperature and high pressure state of water, carbon dioxide or the like in the absence of a catalyst, and its organic compounds synthetic system is disclosed.
